All information submitted to Tectonic Jade is processed and stored using secure
SSL encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be

New Zealand is a world leader in comprehensive privacy law and Tectonic Jade
is bound by and abides by the New Zealand Privacy Act (1993). TectonicJade
is committed to maintaining your privacy and ensuring all information collected
will only be used for Tectonic Jade business purposes only .
If you make enquieres with our site we will need your name, address, telephone
details and e-mail address Tectonic Jade does not share customer details with third parties without
your express permission.
Payment
When you place an order we will also need to know your credit card type, credit card
number, the name on the card and the expiration date, to process your order.
It is a strict policy of Tectonic Jade that all online purchases must be paid for prior to
shipment of the products; no matter what the value.
Tectonic Jade accepts MasterCard, Visa, money
Orders and Bank Deposits .
Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation stating the
total amount and cost of your order. This will include shipping and insurance.
Upon confirmed receipt of your payment into Tectonic Jades bank account your
goods will then be shipped to you with a tracking number.
Availability
All Tectonic jades Art works are on off pieces.But we have been known to make on
request.Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are
current at the time of issue.
Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order, Tectonic Jade will issue you with an e-mail notification
shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges,
delivery address, estimated shipping times and shipping carrier. This will not
include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we
have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Tectonic Jade during normal New Zealand business
hours. Orders are not valid until accepted by Tectonic Jade.
Due to the valuable nature of Tectonic Jade products, we must be able to leave your
parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first
provided us with special instructions. A signature will be required upon receipt.
Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your
nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with.
Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.
Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your
order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.
Please note inspect your goods before singing,if there are any damages you must not signe for the recieved goods,and go through the insurance process.
New Zealand Delivery
Packages shipped within New Zealand destinations have overnight courier delivery,
subject to stock availability. All orders placed within New Zealand, and or for
delivery within New Zealand, will include Goods and Services Tax of 15.%.

Packages shipped using Tectonic Jades international option usually arrive within
14 days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or
other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country , which are not
included in our prices.
You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. You
should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable
duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees.
Insurance
All international deliveries are subject to an insurance charge which has been
included in the International Delivery charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but
please note that orders for products that are held in stock will be processed
immediately and cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order for any item in
backorder status.
Returns, Replacements, Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by
e-mail. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of
invoice to enable us to process a refund. Unfortunately delivery and handling
charges are not refundable. For any queries, please e-mail tectonicjade@xtra.co.nz or
ring Tectonic Jade on +647 556644. You must return the entire order, not part of
it, to receive a full refund.
To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you
decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or
exchange) for the item. Please address your package to Tectonic Jade 67 Revell
street Hokitika, New Zealand, (64 7) 7556644. For your protection, we strongly
recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your
records. Tectonic Jade is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will
be credited in New Zealand Dollars.
